Alexander Court, a 1,000,000 square feet mixed-use office building located in the heart of Washington D.C.’s central business district, is a reconfiguration of two buildings into one, combining public office and amenity spaces to offer an exceptional tenant experience. As part of the project team, Two Twelve created smart and effective environmental graphic designs that thoughtfully reflected the elegant architecture within the signage aesthetic. Our designs celebrate the high-end finishes and abundance of daylight from a glass curtain wall. These subtle details solidify the trophy-class status of the building.
