Serving as a gateway to various destinations around the globe, it hosts a dynamic, fast-paced environment for passengers, airline personnel, staff and security. Such a complex space, with various user groups, requires a streamlined wayfinding system that instills a sense of navigational confidence and supports a world-class, state-of-the-art travel experience.

Understanding the vital need for accurate, publicly accessible information, Two Twelve focused on creating a seamless strategy that can untangle the spatial complexities of Terminal One. Our strategic approach begins by deconstructing key signage and communication elements, and evaluating their completeness and accuracy to ensure seamless integration. As part of Two Twelve’s strategy, we included an analysis of the communications mode of each sign type in order to determine the display of information (fixed or dynamic).
